Everybody has mental health, whether good or bad, by raising awareness pupils can recognise ways to support positive mental help and develop coping strategies to use in their adolescent and adult life.

This year, the focus for Mental Health Awareness week is the theme of Body Image

Pupils will be able to access activities to support positive mental health including; sensory diets, yoga, circuit training, Thrive, mindfullness, art therapy, dog therapy, forest school.
