Everybody has mental health, whether good or bad, by raising awareness pupils can recognise ways to support positive mental help and develop coping strategies to use in their adolescent and adult life.
This year, the focus for Mental Health Awareness week was the theme of Body Image
Pupils accessed activities to support positive mental health including; sensory diets, yoga, circuit training, Thrive, mindfullness, art therapy, dog therapy and forest school.
